Starr's Foam Designs was founded in 2007 as a spur of Starr's Building Supply when our production needs overran our facility's capacity. Now occupying a 14,000 s.f. warehouse in Sacramento, we aim to be the flagship producer of the Northern California architectural foam market.

With computer-controlled hotwire machines, the design possibilities are nearly endless. From the smallest of popouts, to large multi-piece columns, and everything in-between, we are able to cut and coat our shapes with precision and speed.
